Please read these policies carefully before confirming your booking.

Thank you for choosing StayByLake. Our goal is to provide every guest with a safe, peaceful and memorable experience. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Guest Policies & Terms.

🏡 Villa Booking Terms

Booking & Occupancy

  • Rates are applicable for up to 12 guests.
  • Additional guests above 12 will be charged ₹1,000 per person per night.
  • Food is not included unless specifically mentioned in your booking.
  • Kitchen usage is available at ₹1,000 per day.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out is subject to availability.
  • Late check-out charges: ₹1,000 per hour.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required during check-in. The amount will be refunded after inspection of the property during check-out. Any damages, missing items or excessive cleaning charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

House Rules

  • Government-issued photo ID is compulsory for every guest.
  • Accepted IDs: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Voter ID.
  • Smoking is permitted inside villas. Guests are requested to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
  • Please keep the property clean throughout your stay.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to furniture, interiors, swimming pool or property.
  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Entertainment Guidelines

  • Outdoor music is allowed only until 10:00 PM.
  • Swimming pool usage is allowed until 10:00 PM.
  • Please respect nearby guests and maintain reasonable noise levels after 10:00 PM.

🏕 Camping Rules & Safety

General Guidelines

  • Please follow all instructions provided by StayByLake staff.
  • Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.
  • Respect nature and help keep the campsite clean.
  • Please use dustbins provided throughout the property.
  • Littering anywhere inside or around the campsite is strictly prohibited.

Water Safety

Swimming in the river, lake, backwaters or any natural water body is strictly prohibited. These areas may contain sudden depth changes, slippery surfaces and strong currents. Guests entering prohibited water areas do so entirely at their own risk. StayByLake shall not be responsible for any accident, injury or loss resulting from violation of this safety rule.

Property Damage

  • Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to tents, domes, cottages, furniture, washrooms, lighting, decorations, gardens or camping equipment.
  • Repair or replacement costs will be recovered from the responsible guest.
  • Intentional damage or vandalism may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

Bonfire & Common Areas

  • Bonfires may only be used in designated areas provided by StayByLake.
  • Do not throw bottles, plastics, cigarette butts or food waste into the surrounding nature.
  • Please help us preserve the natural beauty of the campsite.

Alcohol & Guest Conduct

Responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted. However, StayByLake reserves the right to refuse service or immediately remove any guest involved in inappropriate behaviour.

  • Violence or physical fights.
  • Harassment of guests or staff.
  • Illegal activities.
  • Property damage.
  • Dangerous or irresponsible behaviour.
  • Use of illegal drugs or prohibited substances.

No refund will be provided in such situations.

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

All confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable.

  • No refund for guest cancellation.
  • No refund for early check-out.
  • No refund for no-show bookings.
  • No refund if guests are asked to leave due to violation of property rules.
  • Date changes may be considered only at management's discretion and subject to availability.

⚠ Liability Disclaimer

StayByLake shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising during your stay beyond our reasonable control.

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • Damage or theft of personal vehicles.
  • Medical emergencies.
  • Weather-related interruptions.
  • Power failures beyond management control.
  • Natural disasters or government restrictions.
  • Accidents resulting from negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
  • Entering restricted areas or prohibited water bodies.

Guests are requested to take proper care of their belongings throughout their stay.

🚗 Parking Policy

  • Parking is available within the property premises.
  • Please park responsibly in designated parking areas only.
  • StayByLake is not responsible for theft, damage or loss of vehicles or valuables left inside vehicles.

🐾 Pet Policy

  • Pets are allowed only with prior approval from management.
  • Pet owners are responsible for cleanliness and behaviour of their pets.
  • Any damage caused by pets shall be charged to the guest.

🔒 Privacy Policy

Guest information is collected solely for booking confirmation, legal compliance and customer support.

  • Your personal information will never be sold.
  • Your booking information remains confidential.
  • Information may only be shared where required by applicable law.

🌦 Force Majeure

StayByLake shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to heavy rainfall, floods, storms, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, road closures or any unforeseen events.
